Q: How do I get my Student ID?
A: Student IDs are issued at the time of enrollment. Visit your campus with your enrollment confirmation and a valid photo ID. The registrar's office will issue your Student ID card within one business day.
Q: What if I forgot or lost my Student ID?
A: Contact your campus registrar's office with your original enrollment confirmation or parent/guardian ID. The office will verify your identity and reissue your Student ID card.
Q: When are examination results published?
A: Results are typically published within 7–10 business days after the examination date. You will receive an email notification when your result is available on this portal.
Q: Can I check my result from any device?
A: Yes. The result portal at hecgov.org is fully responsive and accessible from any device with an internet connection — smartphone, tablet, or desktop.
Q: Who do I contact to dispute a grade?
A: Email registrar@hecgov.org with your Student ID and a description of the discrepancy. Grade disputes must be submitted within 15 calendar days of result publication.
