Tuition & Fee Structure

Transparent, competitive tuition for all academic programs — all amounts in USD

All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Monthly tuition is due by the 5th of each month. A late fee of $35 applies after the 10th. Payment plans are available upon request.

Sibling Discount
10% off monthly tuition for a second sibling enrolled concurrently; 15% for a third.
Merit Scholarship
Students scoring in the top 10% on the placement assessment receive 20% tuition discount.
Early Enrollment
5% off enrollment fee when application is submitted 4+ weeks before semester start.
Annual Payment Plan
Pay for the full academic year upfront and receive 2 months of tuition free.
Need-Based Financial Aid
Limited aid available — submit a financial aid form with supporting documentation to the registrar's office.
Payment Methods
Credit / Debit Card
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover accepted online at the student portal or at the campus cashier.
ACH Bank Transfer
Direct bank transfer to our Chase Business account. Routing and account number provided upon enrollment.
Check / Money Order
Payable to 'Higher Excellence Center LLC'. Submit at the campus office at least 5 business days before the due date.
Zelle / Venmo (Business)
Available for monthly payments — send to finance@hecgov.org. Include Student ID in the memo field.
Tuition Policy
  • Monthly tuition is non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
  • The one-time enrollment fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Students absent for more than 10 consecutive school days without prior written notice will be administratively withdrawn. Re-enrollment requires a new enrollment fee.
  • Payment receipts must be retained as proof of payment throughout the academic year.
  • Fee disputes must be raised in writing to the campus finance office within 7 business days of the transaction.
  • HEC reserves the right to revise tuition rates at the beginning of each new academic year, with a minimum 30-day advance notice to enrolled students.
